G7: BREAKING THE UNCERTAINTIES

BLOG 3

For this week, we encountered a lot of problems since we are on the process of finalizing our application. For me, there’s a lot of pressure because we really need to finalize and fix some issues for our innovation. Me and my groupmates spend a lot of effort and brainstorming.

On the first half of the week, we finalize the concept of our application and it’s visual design. We chose colors that are attractive and can get so much attention to our target consumers. Colors that can represent the Province of Bukidnon; Red, Blue and White as it represents the different tribes of Bukidnon. We then decided to have a application that has a good quality of theme but at the same time a secure application. The seller and buyer are secured with their personal data.

In continuing our application, we found that there are many existing yield that has the equivalent concept as our own. With that, we consider other features that could be more prominent than what other offered. We intended to have it pick up upon arrival however rather than, we added the delivery services with charges; so the customers can have choices with their purchased items.

In terms of our biggest competitors, we stifled them by making them as our quality yet we also keeping I track that they are additionally a danger to our innovation. One example of our biggest competitor is the Roy Plaza because amidst pandemic and the covid issues in their business, they launch a new shopping way for their consumers. Perhaps, we will be looking forward for our own app innovation.

For the next few weeks, we will be still making plans on how to promote our innovation to our target consumers. We will be more optimistic for the success of our innovation.
