G7: BREAKING THE UNCERTAINTIES

As we go along the process of achieving our goals, we came across such problems that we think hindrances in achieving our innovation. In order for us to finalize our product, we identify our strengths, weaknesses , opportunities and threats. We managed to have a meeting and another brainstorming.

For our strength, our application is very much useful and accessible especially to those shoppers that are fan of using sites or apps in ordering certain products. It can also fit to our generation today, because of digital works and technology. We also ensure that all of the stores and enterprise are legal and legit, we will not be entertaining business without legal papers. Finally, our riders can cater orders within Bukidnon. On the other hand, our weaknesses are the stable internet connection or availability of internet to some places in Bukidnon. And some people don’t trust online shopping because some has experiences in scamming. As for threats, some of our competitors have fast delivery and we have the same concept in others.

One of our greatest opportunities is that our application can open a lot of business opportunities especially for those small enterprise. It enables them to venture out new marketing techniques that uses technology. This can possibly open our application throughout the Philippines and Globally. This also helps those unemployed to have a decent job with a fair wages. Existing application like Shopee and lazada are one of our major threats but we also keep in mind that as of now we are still catering within Bukidnon.

In conclusion, conducting SWOT analysis really helped us to develop a full awareness of all the factors involved in making our decisions. We cannot say that we are on 100% of our goals buts day by day we are having progress. We will continue to explore things to make our innovation more unique.
